After you enter in your email address below and hit continue you will immediately receive your NEW password. Your new password is case sensitive so you must type it in exactly as shown when you log back into the store. An example of what the email looks like is below.

EXAMPLE:

In this example the password eViNC would be correct. If you were to use any other lower or upper case variations of this password it would not work.  If you have tried recieving your new password and you are still experiencing log-in difficulties please call us at 1-877-414-3223 during normal business hours and one of our skin care representatives can further assist you.

Once you login with that password you can change it at anytime to whatever you would like by going into your account settings.
