| Once you place an order you will receive an email from Authorize.net showing your credit card was charged by Natural Beauty Group. Your bank statements will show the charge as being from Natural Beauty Group.
TruelyNatural.com will replace any item damaged during shipping or refund your original purchase price for that item when we receive your damaged products back to us. We will gladly cover the shipping cost of damaged product(s) returned to us.
Please note: Hair Care products are not eligible for returns.
If the products are in original package and were not opened or used and you want to return them for any reason - you can send them back to us for a refund within 3 weeks of your purchase. Returns for a refund are subject to a 15% processing fee. The processing fee amount will be deducted from your total refund. If your order was over $75.00 USD and we paid for shipping of your package, then that shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for third party delivery systems.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer a money-back return policy for the products that were opened and used.
All returns must contain a copy of your invoice with the unique RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) that we provide you written on it. Returns without an RMA# will NOT be accepted.
To qualify for your RMA# from TruelyNatural.com please completely fill out this form and submit it to us. Once we review the request for your return(s) and approve it your unique RMA# will be emailed to you.
